National Cadet Corps is a Tri-Services organisation comprising the Army, Navy, Airforce, engaged in grooming the youth into disciplined and patriotic citizens.NCC came into existence on 16th April 1948 through NCC act XXXI, 1948 and presently NCC has approximately over 14 lack cadets under its fold.
With the Moto ‘UNITY AND DISCIPLINE’ NCC has been the propeller in channelizing the force of the youth population of India since 1948.
The Ram Lal Anand  NCC is affliated to 7 Delhi Battalion under Group C of Delhi NCC Directorate.It is one of the mostactive student society of this college which aims to develop character, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook of adventure and the ideals of selfless service.
CAMPS/ ACTIVITIES in NCC

REPUBLIC DAY CAMP

This is the longest camp of NCC(30 days).The aim of Republic Day Camp is to enhance the self confidence of cadets, deepen their value systems and provide an exposure to the rich culture and traditions of our nation and the important events that take place in National Capital during the run up to the Republic Day.

ALL INDIA THAL SAINIK CAMP

This is also one of the toughest camp in NCC where a cadet gets selected after a very tough selection process, this camp gives chance to a cadet to showcase his talent in shooting, obstacle training, debates and many more events.

ADVENTURE CAMPS (PARA-SAILING, PARA- SLITHERING, ROCK CLIMBING, MOUTAINEERING etc).

‘Adventure is life blood of youth’.These Camps are conducted by the NCC Directorates giving cadets the thrill and experience of this adventure activity

NATIONAL INTEGRATION CAMPS

To make cadets understand and value its rich heritage of culture that forge unity despite the diverse languages, tradition and religions of our country.

SWACHHBHARAT ABHIYAAN,BETI BACHAO BETI PADHAO,VITTIYA SAKSHARTAABHIYAAN,BLOOD DONATION are some of the activities undertaken by the cadets of RAM LAL ANAND COLLEGE.

ENTRY INTO ARMED FORCES

Provision exist for NCC ‘C’ certificate holder to join the armed forces as Officers.A Great Effort at the GP/Unit level to motivate, select and coach aspiring cadets to join the Armed forces. Cadets having ‘C’ Certificate with ‘A’ or ‘B’ Grade are exempted from CDS examination conducted by UPSC and they can directly go to SSB through NCC SPECIAL ENTRY SCHEME.
