The college has successfully traversed through the educational landscape nurturing and fostering educational excellence since its inception in 1964 and journey of more than five decades

During these years the college has undergone a paradigm change in its infrastructure and educational facilities keeping in tune with demands of changing times.

It's students both young and old today are well placed across academics, industry, government, science & technology, art & culture and many other fields.

It is in this context, the college has just made a beginning by formation of RLA Alumni Association on May 13, 2017 to establish a 'connect' amongst all its former and current students by virtue of having a strong alumni association of its own.

The first executive body has been formed by nomination of some ex students. The Alumni association will be a vital bridge which aims to bring together all its students on a single platform. The association will make efforts in establishing regular interaction and interface between the alumni and the current students, who can stand to benefit by the immense knowledge and experience their seniors, have gathered over the years.

A student body under the guidance of the Alumni Committee is proposed to be established which will contact with the alumni and assist in arranging meets.
